- The Deep Home Credit Union Ltd is a mutual financial institution owned by its members. Every Deep Home resident, adult and child, is a member and has a transaction account with the Credit Union. Members are both the Credit Union’s customers and shareholders. The Senate acts as the Credit Union’s board of directors. The Credit Union is protected by the same safeguards that apply to all banks and financial institutions of the Flag Nation, and is regulated by the same authorities, under Flag Nation law. As a matter of policy, the Deep Home Research Foundation and the Deep Home Seastead Inc both conduct substantially all of their financial operations through the Credit Union.

- The Credit Union provides a range of financial products and services for members, including savings and transaction accounts, Visa debit and credit cards, lines of credit, electronic banking, investment accounts, loans, insurance, financial planning and travel. These services are uniquely tailored to the needs of Deep Home residents and guests. Credit Union accounts are directly accessible through the Flag Nation’s banking system and through international payment systems including PayPal and Amazon. Accounts may be maintained in a range of major currencies, but on-board transactions are conducted in the currency of the Flag Nation. Each member is provided at minimum with a fee-free transaction account and linked Visa debit account. This account is used for financial interactions with the Seastead.
